GRACE CHURCH SENIORS LAUNCH ”˜YOUNG AT HEARTS”˜ CLUB
More than 60 seniors gathered in the Parish Hall this week to launch the Grace “Young at Hearts,” a new group focused on seniors over 55 who are members of Grace Church or their friends and neighbors in the greater Massapequa Community. All local seniors are welcome. The Young at Hearts will meet the first Wednesday of the month to have lunch and participate in various programs and activities. The goal is to have fun, enjoy life and learn something useful along the way.
The first meeting featured entertainment by Stan Zizka, lead singer of the Del Satins and a homemade soup and sandwich lunch. Take a look at more pictures and the video on our FaceBook page..
