Grace Church Field of Crosses - Memorial Day Observance

Each year Grace Church with the help of local Boy Scouts set our Field of Crosses to remember those Church members who served in the armed forces and have past on. For the past  180 years  members of Grace Church have answered the call and served defending our nation in scores of wars, police actions and military interventions. Many of those Including Civil War heroes and World War II combat veterans  are buried in the Old  Grace Cemetery.

"While all gave some, some gave all."  

With the assistance of our parishioner Dennis Dietrich, a noted veterans associations leader, the crosses are palced under the Church's American flag each year to comerate their sacrifice.

Join us in Church on Sunday, May 26th ay 9:00am  in honoring all veterans who gave their lives in defense of freedom around the world.
