February Young at Heart Senior Program

February 16, 12:00 noon til 3:00pm, Parish Hall

The February meeting will be held on Thursday, February 16 and will include a free lunch of soup and sandwiches and a program on “Senior Safety” given by the Nassau County Police Department 7th Precinct “POP” Unit ( People Oriented Policing).

Meeting the third Thursday each month in the Grace Parish Hall,  Young at Heart is a senior citizen outreach program which provides an opportunity for any senior from the greater Massapequa area to meet share a free lunch and have a program and/or entertainment.  Part of Grace Church's Outreach Ministries, Young at Heart began in 2015, was paused during the pandemic, but returned in November 2022 and attracts a cross section of Massapequa senior community each month to socialize and chat with their peers.  The program begins at 12:00 noon in the Grace Church Parish Hall and last til 3:00 pm.
