David Hairston to become a Fellow in the Guild of Musicians and Singers
Grace Church organist, choirmaster, and music/religion teacher David Hairston, is being honored this Sunday during our 10:00am service by being named Fellow in the Guild of Musicians and Singers
The award will be presented by Christopher Maynard
FHCO, FASC, FIGOC, FSCO, FGMS, JP, NP, A native of Haverhill, Massachusetts, Christopher Maynard has been involved in church music ministry for over 25 years. Having served in a number of parishes in Massachusetts
and New Hampshire, Mr. Maynard, at present, is the Director of Music Ministries at Saint Pius X Roman Catholic Church in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Mr. Maynard is a graduate of the Royal College of Music (London, England) and is proud to hold a number of Fellowships from learned societies for musicians in Canada and the United Kingdom and presently holds the level of Fellow in the Guild of Musicians and Singers where he is the Guild's representative in the United States.
On Sunday, he will bestow upon David Hairston, the level of Fellow in the Guild of Musicians and Singers. Congratulations, David!
