ADOPT A FAMILY WRAPPING PARTY THIS SUNDAY AFTER 10:00 MASS
Grace Church has adopted a total of six families this Christmas; our goal is simple”¦ to bring joy and happiness to others who are facing a difficult time in their lives. Two of the families have been provided through the Diocese and four families are in the greater Massapequa area and were provided by YES Community Counseling
We had about 300 tags on our Advent tree and our elves and angels (and the Grace Thrift Shop) are purchasing everything from underwear and socks to video games and educational electronic toys - winter jackets, gloves, hats, scarves, shirts, sweaters, hoodies, wraps, leggings, pants, sneakers, winter boots, shoes, toys, books, bath & body works, sheets (1 set) and so on As you see the items range from necessities to wishes.
Please bring your unwrapped presents and matching tags to the Parish Hall this Sunday.
The wrapping party is this Sunday, Dec. 4 after the 10:00am service; there will be lite refreshments and music, our Craft Boutique, Jams, and holiday flowers will also be available for purchase.
